Chad Jacobs Crash Fund

On Monday, April 10th, Chad Jacobs was riding in Cedar Rapids when he went down on his bike after a car pulled out in front of him. He was transported by ambulance and then airlifted to UI. Chad has a severe compound fracture to his left leg and several other injuries. He’s had one surgery so far and is looking at several more.

Chad’s recovery will take many months. He’s going to be stuck at home for a while (which you know will drive him nuts). He isn’t going to be able to work for quite some time. We all know how quickly bills start to pile up.

I'm hoping his friends, family, and biker community can come together and help financially get him through the coming months. Whatever you can do is greatly appreciated. If all you can do is send your thoughts and prayers, well he needs lots of those too.

Once he gets home and settled, he will appreciate seeing and hearing from everyone. Thanks to everyone who has already reached out. Your messages are being relayed to him and he appreciates all of the support and love.❤️

There will be a benefit ride on Sunday, April 23rd at noon. The ride will leave from Metro Harley-Davidson Suzuki Can-Am, which is located at 2415 Westdale Drive Southwest, Cedar Rapids.
