Chad Pettit Family Fund

Recently our Beloved Head Golf Professional at Mission Viejo Country Club Chad Pettit was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer called Appendiceal Adenocarcinoma. Initially Chad was admitted to Mission Hospital for what everyone thought was a case of Appendicitis, that's when doctors discovered the cancer. Chad will be undergoing an additional surgery on May 12th at UCSD Thornton Hospital to remove more of the cancer and begin a highly specilaized chemo treatment.
Chad, age 37, is married to wife Katie and they have 2 children, Evan (age 8) and Ila (age 4). Katie is a proud stay-at-home mom and Chad works full time at the Club to support his family. Because Chad is the only source of income for the family, his absence from the workplace creates a temporary undue hardship on household expenses. The Pettit family will most likely start incurring costs related to his medical circumstances such as insurance deductibles, specialized medications, child care expenses, and other related costs. Our goal is to ease as much of this burden on Chad and his family as possible and assure he focuses all of his attention and energies on beating this cancer.
We are asking for those that know and love Chad to give whatever they can. $20, $40, $50 or even a $100 can and will make a difference to this wonderful loving family, during this very scary and unpredictable time.
Thank you,
Friends and Family of Chad!
