Chad Trahan

Hi, my name is Lynette. I am Chad's mother. I have more water in my life than I do blood. I have people who I consider family and family that I don't consider. With that being said, I want to talk about the illegal people in this country of ours. Let's talk about Lousiana. When I think about Lousiana, I think about the beauty, the heat, the food, and family. On December 2nd, Lafayette, La, a call was made for an accident. That young man on his motorcycle, who was left for dead after being ran over and put into a ditch is MY nephew Chad Trahan. The first officer on scene applied a tourniquet which saved his life. Chad has had many surgeries including neck and back and the loss of his leg. As most of us know, hospital care, physical/occupational therapy, in home health and meds are the least of the costs without insurance. Having to learn how to walk with a leg that you had to pay for, while yours was rendered useless and retired off your body, because of careless, heartless and blatant ignorance on their part, will get expensive. I am asking that you all please keep my nephew in your prayers and if at all possible, help a fellow blue collar worker who was in all reality doing his daily duties of going to work. It took two days for him to wake up and tell them who his parents are. Attached are links to the story and if you can please find it in your mind, hearts and wallets to help him out, I would be forever grateful.
