Thanks to the incredible support, and our growing gym "family", we are working on buying a new gym!

Some good news about the move is that we are not going far. The new building is 5 minutes from the current location. It is in Dexter on Bishop Circle, a road off of Dan Hoey directly across from the Dexter Elementary schools. We won’t share the exact address just yet, but we are very excited and hope our gym families are excited as well!

Some more good news for parents! We will be in the same complex as The Jolly Pumpkin so dropping off just got a little bit more fun if you’re in to that sort of thing.

As with any building purchase, there are always unforeseen expenses that pop up. We recently ran into one with the Dexter Fire Department. In order to bring the building up to current codes, we must update the existing fire suppression system. This means extending the existing lines into the lobby area, and will cost approximately $27,000 based on quotes from a couple different companies. This was not part of our original plan, and really caught us off guard!

This building is truly everything we could have hoped for though, and the opportunity is too good to pass up! We have setup a GoFundMe to raise money towards this additional cost, and helping us move into our “forever home.” We look forward to having our own space to continue “Building A Family of Champions,” and becoming a cornerstone of the community. This new building will allow us to grow our current programs, and offer new ones to support families in other ways than just gymnastics and ninja classes. Our dream is to be able to offer so much more by expanding birthday party times, offering after school care, homeschool programs, field trips, parents night out, bringing back the annual open house, and more! The first step towards all of that will be securing the funding for expanding the fire suppression system. Never expected, but greatly appreciated if you can contribute to the GoFundMe.
