CHANCE’S REVIVAL FUND

hi, i’m kasi and i am fundraising for my best buddy, chance, in order to cover some expenses from his car accident over the weekend. upon leaving a friend’s headlining concert in the city, he was in a car accident from slipping sideways on black ice on his way home. his car was thrown off the road into a field. a good samaritan, who i hope to be able to thank one day, saw his car flipped over and chance wandering around in the night, very confused and called the police.

they brought chance to the hospital where they monitored him in the ICU for over 30 hours. he suffered a broken skull from the back of the head to the eye, that led to a brain bleed and an exterior hematoma on the scalp. as well as a broken orbital, the bone that composes the eye socket, and a broken left clavicle. he had to get his scalp cut open to clean out the blood clots and build up inside the wound. all of his injuries must simply heal with time. thankfully, he has been recovering miraculously well, in good spirits and in the loving warmth of friends and family.

if you survive a brain injury, this is your second chance, and i would love to help make that happen for chance by off-setting some financial stress. he has now lost his recently bought car, which he works his business out off and lives in through the summer, cell phone, wallet and will be out of work for some time. it will be tough paying out-of-pocket for medical bills while working a seasonal job at a ski resort, as insurance and salary are sadly not readily available.

but tough times don’t last, tough people do- and chance is one of the toughest with the softest, kind heart. a little bit goes a long way so thank you for any and all contributions! hug your loved ones tight, call your mom or dad and never forget to tell your people you love them. thank you ❤️‍
