Chan-Chen Mexico Mission Trip Fundraiser

Dear Friends;

Christy and I hope everything is going well for you! We have some exciting news to share with you! We will be going to Chan Chen Mexico on a mission trip with our church at the end of January 2023. We will be partnering with a missions organization called Global Community Fellowship and the missionaries they have working in Chan Chen year round.

Many people in Chan Chen are extremely poor; financially and spiritually. Many of them are stuck in a cycle of this poverty because they don’t know anything else. Global Community Fellowship is trying to help them on both fronts, and we will have an opportunity to serve them and the people there by doing a work project to help them continue to feed hungry kids and families, empower women and children to support themselves, and use these opportunities to share the love and message of Jesus with them.

We are very excited about this opportunity, but my mission team needs your help!

You can partner with us in the following ways:

Prayer: Please pray for us as we prepare, for our health and safety as we travel, that we are a blessing to those we are ministering to, and that this trip will give us a greater awareness of the needs around us here at home.

Financial Support: We are all in the process of raising funds for this trip. The trip cost is approximately $1150 per person, which includes all expenses for the trip including transportation, lodging, food and ministry needs. We understand that not everyone will be able to support us or the rest of our team financially, but we also know that for some, this is how they feel called to be involved in foreign missions. If that’s you, we greatly appreciate your donation to help us with our trip.

If for some reason, We raise more funds than needed, the excess funds will go towards helping the rest of my team with their needed funds and the overall ministry that we will be doing while we are in Chan Chen, Mexico.
