Chandler Needs A Van OR upgrade/repair to his van

Chandler is my 24 year old brother. He was born with Cerebral Palsy, is cortically blind, wheelchair bound, and has a variety of other challenges associated with the lasting effects of CP,  that have required my parents (and myself) to care for his every need.  And we would have it no other way. He is loved. He is well cared for. He is living his best life possible.

Chandler loves to eat, and loves to get out of the house and go for a drive.  He recently has been hospitalized and had to have a feeding tube inserted; limiting one of his favorite things to do, which is eat. We want to be sure he still gets to enjoy his other favorite thing to do; be driven in his van. (we call his van the Bing Machine)

Chandler currently has a used van, that we were able to get after saving money for quite some time and with the help of some of our family.  The van is having issues, and cannot be trusted as a safe and reliable form of transportation for Chandler as it currently is. The lift will not work randomly, and the air no longer works.  We need to either get a new van or make upgrades / repairs to his current van

Given his most recent medical issues / procedures, Chandler needs a van that is comfortable and safe, that is properly cooled so he can continue to be taken on his drives, go to his medical appointments, and so we, as a family, can travel and make memories of our time to together.  Handicapped Vans are extremely expensive, and my family honestly cannot afford this, in addition to the many other medical costs required to give Chandler the best life possible.
