Change For Change Foundation (United States)

Asalaam Alaikum (peace be upon you)

On June 24, 2019, my oldest son, Benjermen Scott Bomer, passed away due to an automobile accident.  A GoFundMe was set up to help with expenses related to that incident.  Part of the money donated went to an organization by the name of Change For Change Foundation so that a water well could be built for my son as Sadaqatu Jariya (Perpetual Blessings) for the Day of Judgment. 

That well has been a great blessing for my son, and the people of the village in Ghana where it was constructed.   Everyone who donated will also receive enumerable blessings from Allah.  The construction of the well was a blessing to me.  It gave me peace of mind, while I have patiently endured the loss of my son.  

I have spoken with the founder of the Change For Change Foundation, Ghana, brother Abubakar Sadiq Hussein, about establishing a new branch of Change for Change Foundation here in the United States, with the headquarters being in Houston, Texas. 

The goal for this branch will be to raise money for additional water wells to be built in Ghana, and other places in the world, where clean water is scarce. The wells will be constructed to honor Muslims who pass away, as Sadaqatu Jariya, and aid poor communities in acquiring clean water.  The construction of the water wells also provide comfort and peace of mind to people who have lost loved ones. 

Donations will aid in establishing the United States branch of
Change For Change Foundation, United States, and also aid in the immediate construction of water wells in Ghana, and other places in the world, as a form of Sadaqatu Jariya.  The organization will also help acquire educational materials for children in Ghana, and other countries throughout the world, as well as aid people here in the United States.  Establishing a US branch of the CFCF will also aid Brother Abubakar in acquiring donations for Change For Change Foundation, Ghana. 

I will personally be donating half of the money donated  to CFCF in Ghana, on behalf of the Donors.  The other half will go towards establishing the Change For Change Foundation, United States branch.
