We feel there is little need to comment in depth on the statement made by Dejphon Chansiri.
His comments speak volumes about how he values our incredibly loyal and forgiving supporters.
The club is now looking at financial uncertainty and judging by the change in attitudes on social media from our fan base, we feel as a group, that now is the time for protests to happen sooner, rather than later.
We were initially planning our protests at for the home game against Leicester on the 29th, however we feel we need to urgently send a message that this his position as owner is no longer tenable.
We understand the 11th November (Millwall at Home) is our Remembrance Day fixture and we don’t want to disrupt anything the club may have potentially planned to commemorate our fallen soldiers. We as a group and as human beings understand that some things are bigger than football and we can never truly appreciate the sacrifices those young men gave for our freedoms today.
However
We encourage fans to chant for the chairman to leave the club. We are in the process of organising a fundraiser to raise necessary capital to help with our cause. This will be used to purchase a flag and some banners.
If we generate more than what’s required for the materials, we will donate the excess to local charities and the Royal Legion Poppy appeal. We must make it clear that nothing will be donated to the chairman or the football club.
The chairmans time at the club is at inevitable end. We call on the fan base, the supporters groups, the podcasts, fans with influence to join us as a unified force.
Together, we can say that enough, really is enough.
