Chantal has lost everything in a fire

Hi, my name is Chelsie and I am starting this Go fund me for my sister Chantal. Yesterday Chantal was at my house watching my daughter Rylie while I went to work. She received a phone call with awful news, there was a major fire in her building that reached third alarm status. She was unable to enter the building and save her animals. Those are her babies, her five beautiful cats, her geckos, her snakes and Rylie’s little hamster. Anyone who knows Chantal’s knows those babies are her whole world and she would have run into that burning building if she could. We stood there for five hours watching Ottawa Fire Department work hard and struggle to fight the fire. Her floor was completely compromised as that’s where the fire had started was in the fourth floor. Once the Fire Fighters could safely enter the building they ensured her they would go to her unit and look for her cats but it was too late her apartment was gone. She is hopeful that maybe they escaped, that maybe someone will find them and bring them to the humane society and just maybe she will be reunited with her beloved cats. She is absolutely beside herself and she will need any help she can get starting over and getting back on her feet.
