Charitable Cause For Community Member With Disability

Your East Lake neighbor with a disability needs some help. Ralpheal has lived in the East Lake Terrace neighborhood his entire life. He is a wonderful community member, a good person, and a great friend of my family. Unfortunately, Ralpheal has regular, often daily, seizures that prevent him from living a life most of us take for granted. Because of this disability, he is unable to drive or work a regular job. He relies on a small sum of money from the Social Security Administration and the money he makes from mowing lawns and cleaning gutters in the neighborhood.

As the only living survivor, he inherited his home from his mother when she passed. However, probate is in process so the home is not currently in Ralpheal's name. There are back property taxes owed from prior to Ralpheal's tenancy, which he and his caretaker have been regularly paying. Sadly, his home is set to go to tax auction on April 1st due to the total amount that has accrued.
