Charity Everesting

It's been a couple of years since I've done a charity event, and I decided towards the end of last year to attempt an Everesting.

This involves cycling up and down the same hill repeatedly until I've climbed the height of Mount Everest 8848m, and will probably take me about 18 hours to complete.

The number of victims of sexual assault in Ireland staggers me, and some of the stories I've read and listened to over the years have affected me. Therefore, I'd like to convert some of my suffering into euro to donate to some of the wonderful organisations who provide support to victims.

I'm going to split the amount raised between three rape crisis/sexual abuse organisations, in Dublin, Kilkenny, and Waterford.

What date am I going to do it on? I'm not sure yet, but it'll happen in June, and I'll be posting regular photographic and video updates to Instagram on the day itself.
