My daughter Charlene Webb was a Las Vegas resident that was killed in a fatal accident on August 5,2020 at 12:30 a.m 3 days before her 31st Birthday.
Charlene died South of Sultana Drive in Merced County CA. The driver Charlene was with pulled over to put her out of a vehicle & she was chased running northbound across Hwy 99 trying to run from the suspicious behavior that was reported by suvillians driving on the freeway.
Charlene was chased by her aggressor until she was struck by multiple cars trying to run to safety from her life threatening situation and unfortuantely died at the scene.
Charlene leave behind three young children, ages 10, 6, and 5 that will miss their mother tremendously due to the senseless act of domestic violence.
