Charles Ray Reagan “Puda”

My son Charles Ray (Puda) Reagan, was shot and killed Tuesday Afternoon  August 28. He was loved by many  and I’m calling on all family and loved ones that are able to assist us in our time of need to please reach out with love as we were blindsided and unprepared for this tragedy.  I thank you all for your thoughts and prayers as they are greatly appreciated.
