Charles Skoog was recently involved in a hit and run where he injured his back further, while he has had 3 back surgeries already. He has had 2 knee replacements, and is bed ridden and unable to look after himself since the accident. Not only does he have health issues, but his wife has a severe case of emphysema and also bed ridden. He lives from check to check from the health challengers he has had over the years. Despite all these problems, Chuck looked to help the new Ukrainian family’s in their area. In following months he has spent hundreds of hours assisting 3 Ukrainian families in different ways, putting their needs ahead of his.
