Charles Steven Francisco Scholarship Fund

The loss of Steven is unimaginable and impossible to his family and friends.

To create a lasting legacy that embodies Steven's passions and spirit, we are establishing a fund to share Steven’s light in two ways.

First, the fund will sponsor annual scholarships for students to participate in the Bands of Clover Indoor Percussion Drumline and Bands of Clover Marching Band, Percussion/Front Ensemble sections. The selection of scholarship students each year is entrusted to two instructors Steven adored. Eligibility will not be GPA-based, rather focused on passion for music and need for support to participate.

Second, contributions will be made in Steven's name to York County, SC organizations that provide mental-health supports and services for kids and young adults who may not otherwise have access.

Through these efforts, we hope to create lasting impacts within our local community in areas that Steven embraced in his heart and soul.

We truly appreciate any and all contributions, and are grateful for all of the love and support shared with us.
