Charles Wallington Scholarship Fund

Greetings to all TA alumni, family, friends, and supporters!  Graduation for the class of 2019 is almost here. For the 4th year in a row, a deserving student will receive the $1000 Dr. Charles Wallington, Jr. Award of Excellence. Charles Wallington, Jr, also known as Chucky, to those who knew him, was a TA alum as well as a professor at Oakwood University who passed unexpectedly in 2015. As a dedication to his memory and his legacy, his wife created a foundation to help support students of Christian education. Wouldn’t it be great if we could come together and increase this financial blessing to commemorate the 25th year of his class reunion? Please help us further the foundation's mission of supporting students in Christian education by adding to the $1000 scholarship that will already be provided by the foundation created in his honor. All donations will be added to the scholarship and awarded at graduation on June 2, 2019. Thank you!
