Sweeney Funeral Costs

A very special person was taken from this world on Sunday November 29th, 2015. It was too soon and too unexpected! Charles Anthony Sweeney was in Costa Rica when he passed. He was not there on vacation he was there working. He has had a vision for 10 years to develop an area of Costa Rica and it was finally coming to fruition. We dropped him off at the airport the second week of November and he was scheduled to return to visit December 23rd for Christmas. He was excited. He was going to go finally work on his dream project and create a financial cushion for his wife of 43 years so when the time came she would not have to worry about finances. Unfortunately his plan did not have the time to play out like he intended and due to the unusual circumstances of his death his wife, Marcella Sweeney, has been left with not only her heart shattered into a million pieces but now a huge financial burden. On top of the funeral costs his body will need to be transported to Virginia and this will certainly add to the final cost. She does not have the means to pay for this alone and no wife should spend her grieving time concerned about finances. We are asking and praying that we can all come together as a community and help her through this. Anyone who had the pleasure to know Charles, aka Anthony, aka Tony, aka Pops will never forget him. He was a happy peaceful soul and he will be dearly missed. Please help Marcie spend her grieving time grieving and not worrying about how she is going to be able to afford a funeral. With regard to the funeral we unfortunately have no details as of yet. Until his body has been transported back to Virginia (estimate was a week) we can't commit to an exact date.
