Charleston half marathon&American Cancer Society

My father was always my greatest inspiration and instilled in me from a very young age a passion for working hard, challenging myself, and helping others every chance I get. On January 16th 2017 he passed away after an 18 month battle with Glioblastoma Multiform, a stage 4 brain cancer. In the 7th year since the anniversary of his passing I’ve decided to challenge myself and my training by running the Charleston half marathon on January 20th , while simultaneously raising money for an organization very dear to my heart, The American Cancer Society. I thank you in advance for your donation, and every dollar raised goes towards helping a family effected by the hardships of cancer, just like mine was 7 years ago, and keeping the memory of Michael James Vaschak alive and well.
