Charli with vet costs for rescue dog Hamish

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to share the story of Hamish. Our dear friend Charli helped to rescue Hamish after his previous owner passed away from Cancer. Charli has been helping to care for Hamish since his second owner was tragically diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. This has involved lengthy stays for treatment in Melbourne and time away from Hamish.

Hamish is a resilient rescue pup but recently faced a traumatic and life-threatening incident at the park. While enjoying a little swim, he was tragically mauled by 3 large dogs, leaving him with severe injuries that require immediate and expensive veterinary attention. While trying to protect Hamish, Charli was also attacked by the dogs, damaging her hand and requiring a trip to emergency. Charli is a dance teacher and is now injured, making her classes painful to run.

The veterinary bills for Hamish's emergency care are quickly accumulating, and Charli and his owner are in a situation where they need your support to ensure Hamish receives the life-saving treatment he deserves.
