Charlie Baker Eagle Scout Project

Hi, my name is Charlie Baker. I am from Boy Scouts Atlanta Area Council Troop 565.

To earn my Eagle Scout rank, I will be building outdoor community benches at our chartered organization, Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Marietta, GA.

Through building these benches, my intent is to develop a more inviting and enjoyable outdoor area for the youth groups, pre-school teachers and students for education about nature conservation and the positive attributes that the Scouting program promotes. The area the benches will be built is within approximately seven acres of undeveloped land that the Church owns. They have long term plans to utilize the space for more engagement from the Church groups and others in the community that my Eagle Scout project aligns with.

All donations received above my service project cost will be given to my Troop 565 charter Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
