Charlie “Chuck” Giardina

This gofundme is in support of our Union Brother Charlie “Fat Chuck” Giardina. He’s been a member IATSE #10 stagehands union for 20+ years as well as a member of #52 studio mechanics for several years. In addition to all that Chuck has spent 20+ years as an umpire and in his downtime he was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Chuck suffers from diabetes mellitus. Recent complications as a result of this disease have had life changing effects on him. He not only had one of his leg’s amputated but is now also suffering from diabetic retinopathy which inevitably causes blindness.
