Charlie Cooper Memorial Scholarships

Hi, my name is Bobbi and I am raising money for Guardian Angel Scholarship Program in my sons memory.

 

My son Charlie Cooper was a freshman at LIncoln Way Central when he lost his life to a train accident at Pilcher Park in May of 2019. He was an honor student and would have done amazing things had he not tragically passed. I am raising money for the Guardian Angel Scholarship Program in honor my son Charlie Cooper. Students of his class of 2022 have written essays based on similar interests of Charlie and chosen applicants will be presented with these scholarships in May. I sadly will not be able to see my son graduate, and that is one of the worst feelings in the world! By giving these scholarships I feel my son would have made a special impact on his classmates and would also make me feel so proud to do this for him. He was an amazing kid that was so kind and generous and I just know he would absolutely love this. I am hoping the community would like to help raise funds to go toward helping some young people in a impactful way by remembering a special young man.

 

All money raised will go directly to Guardian Angel Scholarship Program. There is no limit to how much is raised. Funds will go directly to the scholarships and we can add more scholarships to give depending on what is raised. If you prefer to write a check please send to:
