Help find Tim & Charlie's attacker

Donation protected
Tim Smith and his dog Charlie Brown were out for a walk Wednesday January 6. While in a nearby park a black and white pit bull type dog got loose from his owner (who had him on a retractable leash) attacked Charlie Brown. Tim tried everything to shield Charlie Brown from the attack including laying on top of him. Tim sustained bites to his face and hands. Charlie Brown also sustained multiple wounds. Both Tim and Charlie Brown received medical treatment and are home. It was touch and go with Charlie Brown. Sadly, the owner of the dog that attacked them took off when Tim suggested they contact the police. Charlie Brown received emergency medical treatment for his wounds which included damage to his bladder. Tim had to have multiple stitches in both hands. Now because we don't know if the dog that attacked them had vaccines Tim will undergo a series of rabies vaccines. Some of the injections will go directly in the wounds on his face and hands.
It's bad enough the owner of Bella left the scene of a bleeding bitten dog but she left a human being with serious injuries!

Will you help us raise funds for a reward? We will ask the local news that did stories to follow up and announce there is reward for info leading to the dog and its owner.
If the woman who owns Bella is not found the funds will be donated to Tim and Sera to cover Charlie Brown's medical care. Their medical bills are over $1500 just for Charlie Brown!

Thank you!
