Medical bills for Charlie's cancer

Hi my name is Olivia, and I'm fundraising for my wonderful partner Charlie Herzberg. Charlie knows this page exists but doesn't know the ins and outs, so I ask that you please don't provide any information to him as more details will be revealed later as a SURPRISE. Charlie has recently been struck down with testicular cancer. His cancer came on fast and furious (yes, that was totally a car pun!). He was diagnosed a few weeks back, and it was growing so aggressively that the specialist sent him into surgery only 2 days later. With no hospital cover and bills mounting up, he has had to fork out all of his medical expenses on the credit card, which has cost more than 4k to date and is accruing interest fast! An unfortunate part was having to postpone his holiday in October to Port Douglas indefinitely due to lack of funds/health (which he was so excited about).

My initial aim will pay his expenses to date; if we go over, all funds will go to future medical bills and alternative medicines we're implementing to keep him away from chemo. Every single dollar helps and I can't express how grateful we are.

In typical Charlie style, he is handling it like a trooper, being positive and taking each day as it comes... but the ongoing specialist appointments are sending him into a hole. We're not sure he's out of the worst of it, but we are all hoping and praying his next scans come back clear, and he will be on the road to recovery. The thing hitting him the hardest at the moment is exhaustion, and he's finding it difficult not working at his typical 100 miles per hour. Your love & support means so much.

I'm sure you already know that Charlie is the most giving and loving person. Helping those in need and putting everyone before himself. It would be amazing to show Charlie how much we all adore him by raising enough to pay his current medical bills and the surprise I'm being cryptic about.
