Charlie's Flood Relief Campaign

I'm Amy Curtis. I live in Milwaukee, but my friend Charlie Watson recently lost everything in the Louisiana floods. The campaign photo is his house, half underwater, and below is a picture of just some of the possessions he and his family had to get rid of.


Like many in Louisiana, they didn't have flood insurance. Together we can help Charlie and his family start to get their lives back on track. All of the money will go to Charlie and his family directly to help them with whatever they need (furniture, clothing, etc.). 

Thank you for your time and consideration. It's clear from the reports we see on social media that neighbors helping neighbors is how we'll recover from this flooding. Let's help Charlie and his family.

Update:  After speaking with Charlie, we've decided that the best way to get the funds to Charlie and his family is for me to write him a check which he will deposit into his account. I will be reimbursed from the campaign donations.
