Hello, I am Charlotte! 

As most know, I have been suffering from a LOT of health issues these past few years.  Well finally in January 2015 they had knocked me flat.  I couldn't go any further without addressing these issues.

Diagnoses:  I am severly asthmatic, with advanced COPD.   During my first hospital admin in January, it was found that I also have a hiatal hernia, severe gastritis and peptic ulcers. Further, the combination of all of my diagnosis have caused stress to the muscles surrounding my heart. 

Unemployment:  I do not qualify due to I am unable to work.

Disability (SSI):  I have FINALLY been granted the disability, it's to begin August 19, 2015.  The amount will be LESS than my normal two (2) week pay  check (bring home). 

Disability (Medical):  I will not be eligable for that until August 2017.

MAPS:  I have have been approved from now until the last day of July 2015.  They will not pay ANY of my hospital visits (Matagorda General - 3 inpatient stays & 2 ER visits AND Memorial Hermann Hospital (Down town Houston).  With being sick and in an out of the hospital, the documents they required..I just couldn't get.
