Charmain & David, medical & funeral expenses

My name is Faith Wehr, daughter of Charmain Bartlett and I am reaching out to everyone near, far and wide who may have known my mother (Charmain Bartlett) and Stepfather (David Aldrich) in any sort of way.

As many have recently heard due to a severe vehicle accident Charmain and David were taken to University of Iowa Hospitals, where both were treated for injuries. But as circumstances have it unfortunately Charmain has peacefully transitioned from a loving & caring soul on earth to an angel in heaven on January 30, 2024. Charmain was a CNA for 20+ years of her life. She devoted so much of her time, heart and soul to caring for families and their loved ones. Mom was a one of a kind woman who always lent a helping hand anyway she knew how. She had so much love in her heart and cared for anyone or animal that came her way (as long as it was not a mouse or snake). Due to the extent of mom's injuries I am asking for us all to band together and assist David with as much of the expenses as we can. Charmain took care of everyone else all the time and now is our time to help take care of her. Let's honor her by helping her husband to cover medical and funeral expenses. We greatly appreciate everyone of you. Thank you for all the kindness, support and generosity that has been shown to our family during this outrageously difficult time.
