Charm’s Medical Bills & Expenses

My name is Eleanor Stout and one of my good friends, Charm Smith, suffered a mini stroke on January 13th, 2023, resulting in loss of eyesight in one of his eyes, now hindering his ability to work and drive.

Charm is an amazing barber at Judy’s Barber Shop in Moline, IL and with his current condition, he is hindered from working and being able to work his full time job and being able to pay his medical bills and other home bills, putting all of these stresses onto his loved one, Karissa.

Charm is the type of person that will give anybody the shirt off of his back to help anybody and this is our time to give back.
