Chase Berlin

Hey everyone my name is Dominick Carlucci. I first met Chase Berlin when I was pledging the fraternity Sigma Pi.  Immediately I said this guy has to be my big. Chase was the nicest, most caring, generous, educational, and most born leader that I have ever came across. Little did I know that before I ever met Chase he was diagnosed on March 17, 2011 with testicular cancer that spread through his lymphatic system and seeded in his lungs, clinical stage 3 cancer. One of the most spreading types of cancers you can have. Chase then had surgery to remove his tumor and started chemo therapy; doing nine rounds of chemo(BEP).  He was in and out of the hospital for days and weeks and months on end while never missing a day of work; and continued to play highschool sports never giving up. Then he finally went into remission after all of this time at the very end of 2011. After all of that in the month of  May of the year 2016 when he was the President of our fraterity Sigma Pi. Kicking ass all around the board being an inspiration to us all  it came back full circle on his other testicle. Deeming him for surgery for another time, and another round of chemo therapy. Leaving chase with no option but to replace with prostetics. With all of that being said Chase still graduated on time with a degree in exercise science with  a concentration in pre therapeutic science. Chase is the strongest, most non complaining man I know, and then again in December 23, 2020 the masses that were originally in his lungs grew to where they needed to be removed. Chase already has to receive testopel implants just to maintain a normal life.  Now they removed the right middle lobe of his lung in order to remove and prevent the spread of his tumors. Chase is now in the hospital on bed rest waiting to see if he needs to receive further cancer treatments  for the third time. My brother, and bestfriend would never ask for anything from anyone; which is why I am asking for him. This surgery and foregoing treatments will have a huge unneeded financial burden on him and his family. They have already sacrificed so much with all of Chases's previous medical needs. Chase is one of the best friends I have ever had and all I am asking for you is to help my friend and his family finally beat this cancer for good.
