Chase Mullins road to recovery
Donation protected
My name is Shelby Mullins, my husband Chase Mullins was injured in a logging accident in July 2023. Chase has made some wonderful improvement over this past two months him getting to come home. He suffered a Tbi which led to other injuries that continued his hospital stay and almost costed him his life. From coming home not being able to do anything, to gaining independence feeding his self to learning how to wheel himself in his wheelchair. His road to recovery is showing to be remarkable and he continues to gain his ability to thrive. Hopefully one day he will be walking again! His goals from being discharged from The Shepherds center in December was to come home to see if it would help with his recovery and when he has reached a good point in therapy. He would be able to go back to in-house therapy so he could reach his full potential. I wasn’t informed getting him back to a in-house rehabilitation program would be harder and more difficult than it sounded… Chase has so much fight and can only get better with the right resources. I won’t let him be hindered or let that stop his recovery. I like to ask for donations for Chase to help with his recovery to cover some much needed therapy equipment for at home and expenses. Please continue to pray for are family. (Jeremiah 29:11): "For I know the plans I have for you, said the lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
