Accident Support Fund For Chase Thompson

Dear Friends, As many of you know, on February 7th Chase Thompson was struck and critically injured by a hit-and-run driver in Deerfield. Sweet 12 year old Chase is special needs and non verbal. He will remain in ICU for his extensive injuries for at least another week, with a long hospital stay to follow. To help Chase and his family overcome the mounting medical bills, which will surely include reconstructive surgeries in the future, and other costs that the Thompson Family will endure, we are asking for your support.
