Chase's Journey: Overcoming Injustice

Donation protected
My name is Aly. I am Chase's girlfriend. On February 20th, 2025, two non-uniformed police officers came to Chase's property for what they claimed to be a wellness check. When they were informed that no children were on the property at that time and asked to leave, one of those "men" decided that he did not have to comply. Through this entire process, not once did these men identify themselves as police. Because the one "man" did not want to leave the property, this turned into a heated conversation. This "man" then told Chase he was under arrest and began to force himself onto Chase. Chase was hurt severely and was knocked out several times. Chase is currently in St. Clair County jail, where he is being falsely accused of some severe charges. Although we are confident we will beat this case with all the evidence we have, it has been a terrifying situation for all those involved. Because of this, Chase has lost his job and insurance. Chase has two children that he cares for, one of which has a disability and has regular doctor visits and physical therapy, all of which cost a significant amount of money with and without insurance.

We are looking to help raise money for legal fees as well as monthly expenses for his family and children while he is awaiting his trial date. We appreciate all the help we can get.
