Chase's Urgent Surgery and Recovery Fund

Hi, I’m Chase Godfrey. For anyone that knows me, I've been in the restaurant hospitality industry for 20+ years in the Alpharetta and Cumming areas. I was involved in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, broke five ribs, and punctured my lung. While in the hospital, doctors found an aneurysm in my aorta. It was measured at 5.7; it should be at a 2. I now have to have open-heart surgery to fix the issue.

Because both me and my wife are in the restaurant industry and I’m unable to work, we do not have insurance. I have to do a series of pre-tests and have to go to the dentist to fix an infection before surgery. It has also become very difficult to pay monthly bills and our mortgage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
