Chaseview Vets raising money & awareness for HWAR

Earlier this year a miniature schnauzer called Mario was brought to our attention. To say he was in a sorry state would be an under estimate. He was faced with the possibility of being put to sleep. Fortunately Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue stepped in, they were able to provide him with much needed veterinary care and attention to address his health conditions. He had terribly itchy skin, infected eyes and ears, he was under weight, his fur was so matted he had to have it all shaved off. The charity helped fund all his treatment, without the generosity of others, dogs like Mario would not be with us.

Fast forward six months and Mario is living a life of Riley with his forever family, he no longer has any health concerns, other than age related stiff legs. He is a happy and contented boy who has really landed on his paws.

Mario is just one of many dogs that pass through the charity's doors every year, all need dedicated people to help support them to move forward from whatever brought them to be in need of a rescue place.
