Chaz Tiller

Hello, my son Chaz passed away at home on 11/15/22. He did not have life insurance. We had my son cremated due to the high cost of a funeral. We were under the impression that we would be allowed to make payments on his cremation. We didn't find out differently until we went to pick up his ashes and was told that we couldn't have them. We were told that the full amount of $3075 had to be paid first and they do not do payments. That my son would be "just fine" setting on the shelf until we are able to come up with the full amount. My other 5 children haven't been able to properly grieve the loss of their brother as he is setting on a shelf in a mortuary. My sons two daughters don't understand why they can't see daddy. The mortuary wouldn't even allow us to take a picture of his two girls with his ashes. This has been the most horrific thing to happen in our lives. Losing a son and now the mortuary holding our sons remains as hostage. I know everyone nowadays is going through a lot of financial difficulties but if you could please find it in you hearts to help our family out we would greatly appreciate it more than you know.
