I'm a fitness trainer, and swim instructor for the children in Gaza

My wife and I were a couple who shared a beautiful life together, filled with love, and adventure.

Since I was a teenager, I have traveled to England to pursue my dreams to become a fitness trainer.

I used to own a gym called “FRINEDS GYM” which was our only source of income before the war started on Gaza. Our gym opened its doors in 2019 with a mission to create a welcoming space where it can become a second home to so many. We have hosted countless fitness classes, youth programs, and senior activities.

With all the hard work I have done, I successfully opened my first gym ,and I was so proud of who I have become. I’ve succeeded in what I was dreaming to have, but nothing would have prepared me to have it destroyed by an airstrike that turned the whole building to rubble.

My loss did not stop at that, but I lost my safe place and my beautiful home. A large part of my home burned down, and we no

longer had a shelter or a place to live.
