Help Hillcrest High School’s Robotics team attend the 2025 World Championship!
Hillcrest High School’s Husky Robotics won the top award at the Utah Regional FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) FRC competition. This award comes with an invitation for the team to compete in 2025 FIRST World Championships in Houston TX.
Help these awesome students take the trip they worked so hard to qualify for. Your support will go towards travel costs (hotel, flight and local transportation), shipping costs (each team brings tools, motors, spare parts to repair/improve their robot at the event) and materials to improve our robot before this competition. As you can see below, they are so excited about this opportunity!
Husky Robotics is doing a lot more than building robots. One of Husky Robotics primary goals is to make meaningful STEM education available to everyone, regardless of their background. We have started and mentored robotics teams at homeless shelters and Midvale middle schools. We are active in the community, bringing our robots to Midvale’s Harvest Days. We also partner with Primary Children’s Hospital and Seacrest Studios to give weekly interactive STEM and engineering lessons for patients. Husky Robotics is working with Utah HOPE Squad to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Thank you for your support!
