Chef James Merritt’s Battle Against Lung Cancer

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Chef James, you know that he’s one the most selfless people you’ve ever met. He has spent his life serving in the military, serving as house chef of the Sigma Nu Fraternity at the University of Arkansas, and serving as a father.
