Chef Joe's Road to Recovery

Hi friends! This is Charles and Shannon Thain of Blue Seafood and Spirits.

We are saddened to share that our Chef Joe Steinert has suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke. We are blessed that he is currently stable, but we know he has a challenging time ahead. Chef Joe has worked at many of your favorite restaurants over the years before becoming part of the Blue Seafood and Spirits family. He was apart of Whiskey Kitchen, Sage Kitchen and Vintage Tavern. Joe is a hardworking team player that leads with kidness. He is a skilled culinary artist that takes pride in the food he helps create at Blue. He would give you the shirt off his back if you were in need. Our hearts are heavy as we support this amazing human, his wife Vickie, and step son Danny (another part of our Blue team) on the long road to recovery.
