Chef Josh Bonee’s treatment fund

Calling all friends, family and Dallas industry folk to pull together for a dear friend and fellow chef in our community. I cannot imagine the pain and stress this must be causing Josh’s family and life. The disorder is  called Guillain-Barré syndrome; 2 out of 100,000 develop this disorder, where your immune system attacks your nervous system and causes numbness, loss of motor control, etc. Walking is extremely complicated, let alone opening items on a daily basis. To even start treatment, insurance is calling for $5,000! 
This treatment takes a year, so this is just a start. I ask all to open your hearts, wallets, and minds to help one of most talented chefs in town. Josh is an alum of Husk Nashville, Stephan Pyles Flora street Cafe, and Fine China to name a few.
