Chef Neil’s Neilson Recovery

Chef Neil’s has been cooking in the area for over 20 years. He owned many restaurants including Pakt, Duo, Fez in the Hudson valley. Many know him from his amazing flavors and for his sense of humor.

Last week Neil’s was found unconscious after suffering from a server stroke of the right side of the brain. As well as a few smaller strokes. He wasn’t found for a few days and he sustained a lot of damaged to his body and organs. Neils was in the ICU for many days and his kidneys are not responsive yet. He has a long road to recovery and we won’t know for sometime the damage that will remain.
