Chef Roc wants to cook for the people of Ukraine.

Stephen Cassarino aka Chef Roc needs your support to fund my trip to the Polish border. I want to volunteer my 45 plus years as a chef to help feed the Ukrainian refugees at the World Central Kitchen. I will be working at the Polish and Ukraine border in Przemysl. I have to pay for my flights, trains, room and board for three weeks, as Central Kitchen uses all its funds for food. I also intend to buy as many gifts as possible to hand out to the children with any donated extra funds.

I have a little history with Ukraine. Back in the 90s, when I was one of The Clever Cleaver Brothers, Stand-up Chefs, Cooking with Comedy, we had 3-minute cooking segments that aired on a National TV Show in Ukraine called Good Morning Ukraine. We were on a couple of times a week for five years. I just came across a tape of the show that I've never seen before. You can check it out on my ChefRocHawaii Instagram site.
