#ChefsForUkraine - I'm going to Poland to help!

My name is Paolo and I am embarking on a solo volunteer mission to Przemysl, Poland at the border of Ukraine.

Watching this humanitarian tragedy unfold in front of our eyes these past weeks, I felt a deep and instinctive need to be engaged in a more direct way and give my immediate help on the ground.

In Poland, I will be working with World Central Kitchen (https://wck.org) supporting their efforts to feed refugees escaping the war raging in their country. I have done extensive research on this organization, which has done incredible charity work in disaster areas around the world and speaks to me personally given my career and my passion for cooking. Twenty-two years ago, I founded Sauces ‘n Love, Inc., a CPG company manufacturing and selling food products based on the notion that food needs to be shared.

I will be in Poland from March 21st to April 5th; please help me help all the people escaping the war in Ukraine and follow me on Facebook and Twitter for updates while I am overseas volunteering.

USE OF FUNDS:

- 100% of the funds raised via this campaign will be donated to World Central Kitchen

- all travel and accommodation expenses are being covered by me personally

- I am personally matching the first $5,000 raised via this campaign
