To all my dear clients, friends, family, and residents of Chelsea: My name is Jacob and I am the owner of Chelsea Cuts Barber Shop. It’s been 3 amazing years that my team and I have been providing you with fresh haircuts and services, making you look and feel great. But now our business faces difficult times and I am asking for YOUR help and support.
We’ve been closed since mid-March. I’m asking you to help me cover the shop’s rent and bills as well as fines imposed by the city for electrical work and advertisement sign performed with falsified permits by a scam company that deceived me. The city has removed my barber advertisement sign, fined me $20,000, and has demanded the electrical and sign work be redone at a cost of $15,000.
