Chelsea - Harvey Fund - Total Loss

My little sister, Chelsea, lost everything to Harvey. Her and her 4 year old son, Tyler, will have to start over. Their clothes, furniture, mattresses, etc. had to be thrown away. They also lost their home and will have to find a new one.....
