Help Save Chelsea's Life

Hi, we are Gayle Gordon and John Pryor, Chelsea's parents. First of all, thank you for taking the time to read our gofundme.
As most of you are probably aware, Chelsea has struggled and fought bravely and hard to overcome her mental disorder. We have tried many things to get her help and to continue to live a complete and fulfilling life. Unfortantely, this has not been very successful up to this point in time. In the past she has tried to take her own life and on a more general basis has trouble moving forward with each oncoming day. More recently, Chelsea has been having an extremely hard time. She is unable to continue her job to the point of making herself physically ill (due to stress and how her mental disorder plays into her duties), she is not able to fully care for herself and has been slowly going downhill and has been less and less able to care for herself and function like an average 27 year old should.
Chelsea has finally become brave enough to commit to joining a rehabilitative facility which can and will help her. This is a huge step for her and we have found an inpatient facility in Santa Barbara that specializes in helping people with her issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, as well as many others. This is a BIG step for her to actually ask for help (as she hasn't usually in the past and we are left in the dark until it goes too far). We want to do everything we can to help our daughter on this journey and try something new that can help her recover. She has expressed to us that she feels that she is one step away from considering the worst possible senario... Which we don't like to mention but let's just say it would be devastating for us, as well as many of her friends, if she were no longer here. This is very much a life or death situation at this point in time.
With that said, we have found the best facility possible and her leave date is next week. Luckily, her insurance from her job is covering most of the cost, however there is still a large co-pay, and we are not a wealthy family as I, Gayle, am disabled, and her father works from home as a self employed architect where income is not consistant (or reliable).
We are asking for your help to get her the rest of the way there. Anything you can offer will be hugely appreciated and even your well wishes and positive energy is eagerly accepted. Please help us get Chelsea the help she needs and is asking for. She wants to go, but is very hesitant to ask her friends and family for money to help her go, which is why we are coordinating this gofundme with much help from her friend Skyler Clodfelter.
As some of you know, Chelsea is a bit of an artist and has agreed to make a personalized card for those that are able to help out. Please just specifiy what you would like her to draw and she will gladly create it as a thank you for any help you can offer.
We are open to answering any further questions, or discussing this in private if you would like more information. But for right now, please just help our family and Chelsea, as we cannot image what life would be like without her and we don't want it to ever reach that point.
Thank you for reading this and for your thoughts, it is very special and important to us.
