Chelsea's Breast Cancer Supporters, her fight is our fight

The last few weeks have happened very quickly and have turned Aaron's life upside down. On June 19th, Chelsea was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Breast Cancer. Since then, we have learned that she is considered triple negative, meaning they do not know what is feeding the cancer and it is also in her lymph nodes. This type of cancer is fast growing and requires a very aggressive type of chemotherapy as well as surgery, radiation, and long-term treatments to prevent recurrence. After lots of testing and various meetings with doctors, we have great news that it has not spread to other areas of her body and is considered a grade 3, stage 3 breast cancer.

Chelsea will be starting her treatments immediately in order to stop this cancer in its tracks. She will have a chemo port installed on Monday, June 28th and begin a 6-month long regimen of 4 different types of chemo on Friday, July 5th. This will just be the first part of her journey.

We are starting this GoFundMe in order to help with the medical bills that have already come pouring in, supplies to get through chemo, surgery, household bills if she is unable to work for a long period of time, wigs for hair loss, and any other emergencies that come up along the way.

Chelsea is a fighter, and we know she is going to get through this stronger on the other side but any amount can help make this journey a little easier on her and her family.
