Chelsie’s pneumonia and lung story

Hey guys! My name is chelsie Bryant. Most of you know I’m a hardworking mama of 4 beautiful babies ages 10yrs old -19 months. I have been having a pretty hard time the last couple weeks. It started off with me being pretty sick just thinking I was having a bad bout with allergies or bronchitis, but in order to help take care of my family I continued to push through each day at work until it got so bad that I couldn’t take it anymore. As soon as I arrived to the ER they shipped me by ambulance to another hospital for a severe case of double pneumonia.. after several days of high power steroids and antibiotics none of my scans were showing improvement. So they wanted to go in and get some biopsies of my lungs to look for other causes such as lung diseases, complications from RA, and even down to being a carrier for gaucher disease (which 2 of my daughters have) during the procedure my lung collapsed and I now have a chest tube there to drain off excess fluid from my lung. I have a pretty hard road to recovery until we find out what has actually been causing this and my babies and my husband need me to be here for them. This has really put a damper on my work and has me behind on bills already in a short time. If anyone feels like they would like to help us out in any way, it would be appreciated in so many ways. I’m struggling to figure out what I should do once I start healing . I’m considering going to school for something I can work from home so that I can still manage all of my kids appts for gaucher but it’s going to be a rough road for a while.
