Chemotherapy for Joe Davenport
Donation protected
In January of 2020, Joe Davenport was diagnosed with stage 4 Follicular Cancer. It was found in his lymph nodes and in his bone marrow.
The doctors say it's one of the more treatable cancers, but no prognosis had been given at that time.
The plan is do to chemotherapy and other treatments.
In addition to this, Joe's wife Chris is also battling a degenerative eye disease which in the end, can take her sight. High school sweethearts; they have been married since 1975.
The funds raised in this campaign will go towards their medical and travel expenses. They are traveling over 85 miles one way for treatments.
If you know Joe personally, you know that he is one of the strongest, hard-working, and God-fearing people you will ever meet. His heart is one that longs to please and help others, while giving credit and thanks to Christ.
Uncle Joe has been through many ups and downs over the years and in all that time, he continues to do his best, put his family first, and give back to his community. He has never once asked for help or a handout. We believe that this is a worthy reason for us to reach out and help him and his family. His spirits are good and he is optimistic about the process.
Please consider donating any amount. Sharing this with others or on social media would be helpful. If you would like to mail a check directly, you can send it to the address below. We will try to keep everyone updated on this page. Stay tuned for possible good news to come.
Many Blessings and Thanks!
